STEAG, through its subsidiary STEAG Energy Services do Brasil, was the company chosen by STATKRAFT for the transfer of such Contracts, after STATKRAFT decision not to have an O&M service provider company to third parties.

Most of ENEX's employees will now become a part of STEAG's staff and they will con-tinue allocated to the O&M Contracts for the Wind Farms, Hydro Plants and Small Hydro Plants in which they were already working, in order to ensure quality and safe-ty to the Clients.

STEAG Energy Services do Brasil has a large experience in providing Engineering and O&M services for the energy sector in Brazil and South America and will also count with a Remote Operation and Monitoring Center.

By taking over the O&M contracts from ENEX, STEAG aims to significantly expand its business in Brazil, increasing its presence in O&M Services by more than 1 GW.
