2.5GHz spectrum to go under the hammer in Argentina

Argentina's government has reached a trade-off agreement, allowing Clarin to keep some of the spectrum in the 2.5GHz band that it picked up through acquisitions of local operators, while obliging it to return some spectrum to be tendered to other players, which submit their offers this week.
