Is Schlumberger warming on Venezuela?

The Houston-based services giant said in April it would be reducing its presence in Venezuela, due to lack of payment by its main customer, state oil company PDVSA. However, Schlumberger appears more optimistic on the country of late, amid rising crude oil prices.
